Outline of the Organisation

Lousy! Creative is a Tasmania-based creative agency founded in 2020 by Olivia Hasler, following the completion of her PhD at the University of Tasmania. With an academic background focused on how organisations shape perception and tell their stories, Olivia established Lousy! to help small businesses apply the same strategic thinking used by large corporations, in a way that feels human, accessible and authentic.

Since launching, Lousy! has grown into a full-service creative studio that acts as an extension of its clients’ teams. The agency supports small and emerging businesses with brand strategy, visual identity and graphic design, packaging, photography, social media and PR, offering the kind of considered, end-to-end support typically only available to much larger organisations.

Lousy! works closely with Tasmanian businesses to help them clarify their message, elevate their presence and reach wider audiences. The studio has partnered with brands such as Jack and Chelo (premium dog food) and Three Warriors (skincare), supporting their growth from local favourites to nationally recognised brands.

At its core, Lousy! is about helping good businesses tell better stories, and ensuring Tasmanian brands are seen, heard and valued on a national stage.
