Outline of the Organisation

People Improvers (RTO 45208) is a Tasmanian-based Registered Training Organisation specialising in practical Lean business improvement for small and medium enterprises. We deliver nationally recognised qualifications, including the Certificate IV in Competitive Systems & Practices (MSS40322), as well as short courses such as Apply 5S, Root Cause Analysis and Apply Quality Standards.

Our focus is on helping small businesses reduce wasted time, streamline processes, improve workplace organisation and strengthen team capability. We provide hands-on training, both in person and online, and offer supportive on-site workplace reviews to help businesses identify quick, practical improvements.

People Improvers also delivers a unique accredited Lean Leader program through a Simulated Work Environment, the only one of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere. This gives participants real-world, experiential learning in process improvement and team-based problem solving.

We work across a range of industries including trades, manufacturing, health, community services and general small business, with a strong emphasis on practical application and measurable outcomes.

We are a Skills Tasmania endorsed training organisation. Funding subsidies are available for small businesses for our training courses.
