Find A VA

Outline of the Organisation

Find A VA is a professional platform dedicated to matching Tasmania’s small businesses with Australian based Virtual Assistants who bring skills, reliability and local understanding.

We champion onshore virtual support as a strategic business asset, helping owners delegate tasks like administration, project support, digital administration, bookkeeping support and operational coordination without the complexity of hiring employees.

At its core, Find A VA addresses the capacity challenge faced by many business owners – you cannot do everything yourself and outsourcing should be aligned with compliance, clarity and communication.

At the expo, we will showcase how onshore virtual support works, explain differences between offshore and local assistance, and offer practical delegation checklists to help small businesses identify what to delegate first.

Our focus is on education, empowerment and connection.

Value / Support Offered to Small Businesses

At our stall, visitors will learn the real benefits of engaging onshore Virtual Assistants – particularly how local knowledge, cultural alignment and professional standards translate into better outcomes for Tasmanian businesses. We will share practical insights on:
– The advantages of local virtual support over offshore outsourcing
– Tasks small business owners can safely and effectively delegate
– How to choose the right skills for your business today
– Examples of real delegation wins

We aim to help business owners walk away with clarity and confidence about how to expand their capacity ethically and effectively, with resources they can use immediately after the event.
